I have some old editions available for sale.  The first edition is $8 and 
the 2nd ed is $12.  These earilier editions are "small" compared to the 
current one which is available from Reel 3-D.  They can be found in the 
Yellow Pages of www.3d-web.com, as can info on INSIDE 3-D.
