Laminate glue

     I  am  looking for a glue to laminate lenticular screens. 
   The glue needs to be liquid enough to apply with a pump sprayer
   and set in approximately 5 minutes or buy UV light , dry clear 
   and stay  semi flexible. Dose anyone know of a distributor that 
   sells something like this in small quantity.
