I see a lot of requests for materials and components sources here.
Obviously, if it has to do with 3D, you want Tim Klein's products 
and services list in the bobcat site of East Texas State University.
But if it's not strictly 3D, you might consider using the Thomas 
Register which is online these days.  I rarely use my book set of 
the Thomas Register any more since the online version is so darned
