Here's a description of the Haneel Tri-Vision Stereo camera, from McKeown:

Tri-Vision Stereo (Haneel Tri-Vision Company, Alhambra, Calif.), plastic 
and aluminum stereo camera for 28 x 30mm pairs on 828 rollfilm, f/8 
Meniscus lenses with three stops, usually found in excellent condition 
with original box, stereo viewer, etc.
