OWLA STEREO
Hi,
Last WE I visited a huge Photographica-fair in Houten, close to Utrecht
(Holland) where I met some Dutch listmembers. Saw some stereostuff mainly
REALIST's and KODAK's, one REVERE, two TOWER-ILOCA, two SPUTNIK, a few
FED's, one BELPLASCA with projector(600 US for both togeather, functioning
but heavy signs of wear), and......... a Japanese STEREO OWLA which I
eventually bought.
It has a nice design, shutterspeeds from 1/10 to 1/200, diaphragm from f3.5
to f16 ,a round focussingknob that covers 3 FT to infinity and a cocking
lever. No double exposure prevention or rangefinder however. I also found a
small Japanese rangefinder to go along with it. (YES, I'M HAPPY NOW ! ;-))
I'm frantically shooting fictures with it now.
Can anyone help me to information about OWLA. I was told only about 1000
where produced. Shilo Teshima pehaps ?:-)
