#other guy is intentionally trying to cause confusion, or whether he just
#innocently blundered into another guy's long-established territory, but it does
#cause a lot of misunderstandings.

Ray Hannisan, on this list, has a WEB page which is probably the one
causing the confusion. I've talked with Ray before (in fact, he's in the
EXPO - just processed his entries) and I'm sure no misunderstanding was intended.
