I have looked through a couple of books about Stereo Cameras - and found
nothing that matches the description and pictures on Eberhard's Web-page.
The camera could, however, be either self-made (is the camera-body made
of one part - or is it made of two cameras? Just open the back and look
if there is a vertical "seam" where the two cameras are joined; also look
for the original frame format) or it's a prototype, possibly of a German
Edixa camera.
If it were a prototype of an Edixa, it's possibly made around 1954.
In any case, it would be very interesting to have a closer look at the
camera to find out a little more
