Blackening materials final word?

  Thanks again to everyone who helped with suggestions for
blackening materials.  The next time this comes up a search
of the archives will provide a lot of good information.

  John B sent me three files containing blackening ideas
from sci.optics.  It contains a lot of the advice given
here plus some big $$$ ones like black gold and Martin Black,
a proprietary and expensive coating from Martin Marietta.
I have copies if anyone needs them in the future.

  What a resource you all are. I knew photo 3d was good but
this is very impressive.
