Anyone know a good book on 3-D photography ??

Hi all,
	I am in the market for a book on 3-D photography. So far I have found two titles worth 
investigating and was hoping that someone might like to recommend one, or any other they know 
of. The titles so far;

	[1] The World of 3-D "A practical guide to stereo photography" by J G Ferwerda
	[2] The Realist Manual by Morgan and Lester

	In Australia, it appears that both books come out a "about" the same cost, that is, if 
you can get a copy of "The Realist Manual by Morgan and Lester" in the first place. The "World 
of 3-D" is available from the 3-D club.

	I have two Realist format cameras ( Kodak Stereo & Realist Custom ) and wanted help with 
technique plus tips on "how to". If anyone has an opinion on these publications, please let me 
know. At this stage I can not afford both books.
