Sleazey Dealers

I'd like to pose some questions for the group:

I've always wanted to know if 3d enthusiasts distinguished between part-time
versus full-time dealers?  If yes, how do you distinguish them? If yes,
should the part-time dealer be called something different than a full-time
dealer? If no, why not?
I am defining "dealers" as sellers of used/new 3-d equipment, accessories, etc.

Eric G. wrote of a "Mission" during the discussions of "High Prices for
Equipment" etc.  Sorry I don't have the exact wording.  If this is unclear,
I'll go hunt for it.  
Could you please expand on the meaning of that and give us your own personal
experience of how you have participated in a "Mission" and how you would
like to see others participate.  

Your input would be invaluable to me.
