 That's a relatively easy thing to change (unlike other things in listserv).
The problem is that on lists I've run where the default is to reply to
the individual posting the message is that you tend to get a lot of
private conversations going, and the "lurkers" don't see much (bear in
mind that only about 1% of the subscribers actually post anything - it was
nice to hear from some new voices on the recent atmospheric discussions).
