Polaroid Instant

Some years ago I made stereo pairs using a single SLR and Polaroid
instant color slide. I used the Polaroid because I was experimenting,
and could not afford to wait for slow development. I was making
stereograms of fluorescent minerals under UV illumination.
It worked, although I ended up with exposure times of up to 20 minutes.
Then I found that Polaroid color slides (which have a silvery appearance)
depolarize light passing through them. Thius means that my results can
be viewed in a regular, hand-held viwer, but cannot be projected using
polarizing filters.
I suppose I could copy the slides onto regular diapositive film.
Just thought that I'd warn you.
