I am not familiar with the OWLA mount requirement, but if it comes close to
what you are looking for....

 One-sided glass mounts  helps if you project, especially in  7,  W & Full
formats.  Two anti-Newton glass pieces nest flush into left and right

eliminating popping of the emulsion for more accurate focusing on screen.
