I had exactly the same problem.
You have to open the bottom, after (carefully) removing the leather. About 6
screws have to be removed after the bottomplate can be taken away. You then
have acces to the viewfinder and the rangefinder. Don't worry, no springs or
loose pieces will fall out. I whiped windows and mirrors gently with
alkohol. I was warned to be carefull with the surface of the mirrors but
everything was OK.
