Guillotine sources


          Some of the cheaper, plastic-based film-cutters that you see
          available are not too good, to say the least. The blades
          dull after several uses.

          An alternate source of cutters will be found at your local
          stamp-collection shop. The (uh-hum) PHILATELICAL
          GUILLOTINE (where would I be without my MS Thesaurus...and
          what's another name for "Thesaurus" anyway?) is
          said by Stereo World to be the right size and lenght for
          cutting slide and negative rolls.
