Hi folks,

grab your calendar, folks, and mark the following dates:

The 12th ISU Congress (the one _after_ the 1997 congress in the
Netherlands) will be held in Ueberlingen/Germany from Wednesday,
October 6th through Monday, October 11th, 1999.
