I called the phone number and talked to the "Bob".  Very nice fellow (as all
3-D'er's are).
The meeting is the one that is usually held down in College Station,TX every
year.  This year it is in Ft. Worth.  It is a very informal gathering of
3-D'er's, with some vendors (not a lot) selling wares.  Apparently it
attracts a lot of V'master and antique stereo card people.  Some are
travelling from as far as Houston.   There are no fee's.  It's just show up
and mingle and chat.  A Viewmaster and a twin 35mm proj. setup will be
available for showing slides.  Since he said his screen is 40" I offered to
bring my 70" screen for the 35mm.  
Sounds like lots of "Dog and Pony" showing, "Bench racing", and "fishing
stories".
Since the "Bob" just got a computer I'll bring along the info. for joining
our mailing list. 
If you reside in the DFW area (a BiiiiiiG area!  Out to east Texas I hear)
