Weary adventurer returns!

Well, did you miss me?!

     I spent the last week in Southern California and had the chance to
finally meet my good email/fellow 3D'er friend Lincoln Kamm, who escorted
me and my girlfriend all over the 3D-packed land that is California.  I
also met with another absolutely wonderful 3D list member, Marvin Jones.
My heartfelt thanks go out to both of them for showing this hick-town
Canadian a good time.

     Marvin and Lincoln also brought me to a metting of the Stereo Club of
Southern California, where I had a chance to see my first stereo projection
slide show...now I know what all the raving is over.  I can see that
Rochester is really gonna kill my bank account now that I HAVE to get a
projector ;-)  At that meeting I spoke with another couple of kind gents,
and for the life of me I can't remember their names!  If they're listening
in, drop me a line.  I was also able to see a couple of my Samurai Armour
images projected, which was a real treat, and I hope people enjoyed the
sneak-peek into my next VM project.

     Why am I telling this story to everyone?  I guess it's just another
example of how extremely nice everyone involved in 3D is.  It's no wonder
why this list is so good.
