retouching negatives


Does anyone out there have any experience bleaching spots in color 
negatives? I have an area in a three image lenticular 3D image I want to 
darken. It's a white spot in the positive, and if it just printed black, 
that would be fine. Will ordinary Chlorox work?    --Elliott
