Jackie O Auction & Stereo

Hi Y'all,

I've been told that Lot number 885 from the Jackie O Auction is described as
"Stereoscopic viewer, 21 slides of JFK as president. "  The lot sold for
only $9,775.

The words "stereoscopic viewer" and "slides" are not consistent with one
another.  Any one out there have any info on what the item actually was?

In the early days, View-Master called their viewers "Stereoscopes" and there
are 21 images to a 3-reel set.  But "slides" are not reels.

Any thoughts?
