Really goes to show who the big mouths are around here! And now, hoping to
maintain my place on the list, here's a response to a question:

Actually any custom lab worth its salt could easily do this. However, being a
non-standard kind of job many (most?) probably don't want to bother. What has
always irritated me most about professional labs (and other "service" businesses
in general) is that when faced with a simple but unusual job that they don't
want to do, most will simply lie through their teeth and claim that it is
impossible--it can't be done.

But back to the question of prints--there is a lab in the midwest that works in
conjunction with the Q-Vue people that does this sort of thing routinely. They
are undoubtedly on the (justly) famed Photo-3D services list.
