Well this guy knows how to get attention.  

Bob, how about a two or three line message tacked on to each digest 
(along with the "Trouble?.." message) just stating the procedure for 
un....bing from the list.  (Of course, since this guy can't spell the 
"u" word correctly anyhow...)  This will save these poor souls from 
going crazy trying to figure out how to stop the constant arrival of 
mail.  ("I can't stop it! I've tried everything except to RTFM.  What 
can I do?")  It will also save the tempers of those list members who do 
know how to read.
