Sure. You might be able to talk your local lab into making
prints, or you can send the negs to one of these places:

that was sheer luck; it was the last day of a swap meet & the
guy didn't want to carry it home. $145 doesn't sound bad if
they're in decent working order...

Yes. Slides you can either send to Kodalux, who will develop &
mount them for you, or you can take them anywhere else & have
them developed only & mount them yourself.
