Replacement glass cover for Personal

      Would anyone happen to have one replacement glass filter (I'm not
aware of a better name for it) for a Personal.  I've just picked up a mint
condition camera, except one of the (skylight?) glass filters that protects
the shutters has a strange fogging that will not rub off.  Perhaps the
coating has separated?  The other filter is fine...which is curious.
