One small clarification-- when using the ImageTrack you can use lenses of 
any focal length. But there are separate scales in the calculation tables 
for 35mm cameras and 120 cameras.

This wasn't clear from the text.

Also, as noted in an earlier post, the minute you move away from 35mm 
vertical half frame, you go over to the commercial rates, which are 
expensive. Vertical half frame 3 component images are processed by 
ImageTech at the same rate as their consumer lenticular camera processing.

I'd really appreciate a list of commercial lenticular labs (I don't think 
they're all on Joel's web site) and if possible, the processing rates.
