I saw a pile of wallpaper remnants and, for quite a few of
them, I wondered why there wasn't more left over...  Had too
many ideas:

Pick a really ugly one with a really busy patern and affix
some to a flat surface and affix some more to some carboard.

Cut out the silhouette of a duck from the wallpaper covered
cardboard.

Prop the duck cutout in front of the larger wallpaper covered
surface and take a few strereo pairs.  (Watch out for shadows.)

Now, you can let it go at that, or have some more fun!

Have prints made of the left and right image. Color photocopies
will do nicely.  Mark the backs of the prints so you can
reassemble them - then - (hee, hee) run them through a shredder!

(Watch the orientation!)  Now place the strips from alternating
prints side by side in order (maybe only half of them?) until
you have something...

When you are through you will find you have spent a whole lot
of time doing something - and after all, isn't that what hobbies
are all about?
