That sums it well. No question that you need a light meter to anything
that is not close to "sunny day"... especially indoors.
BTW, did anyone catch the error here:

That sequence is not correct... The apertures change 5.6 -> 8 -> 11 -> 16.
It has to do with the law of squares of something ;)
