My guess is that your best bet might be 90mm Optars or something similar.
These were mostly used on press cameras, and they're usually mounted in the
same short of shutter that the more common press-camera lenses (like 135mm
Optars) come in. You didn't say whether your Graflex camera has a rear
shutter or not, but if it does, you could just fix the front shutters open.
These lenses will cover 4x5, but with little or no coverage to spare, so you
probably won't be able to use any movements. But they're the commonest lens
I know of that will for sure cover the format, so your chances of finding two
of them used are probably better than almost any other suitable lens.

I haven't priced these in a long time, but if I had to guess I would say they
probably go for of order $100 each these days.
If you don't mind something a little longer, you might try a pair of
105mm Optars that were intended for the 2x3" press cameras.
Another possibility, if you don't mind a little vignetting, might be to
use lenses off old 6x9cm folding cameras.
Anybody else got any ideas?
