Series IV filters

I would like to obtain Series IV filters for my Revere 33. I am 
interested in filters for both color and b&w work. The camera has its 
retaining rings, so I understand I need the Series IV style. I would 
prefer to find them in original boxes, just for fun, but I will probably 
take what I can find.

What about polarizers? Does (or did) a twin-polarizer filter exist? I 
know I can hold up two filters to the lenses, but won't I need three or 
four hands to accomplish this?!?
