I asked a similar question months ago and this is what I found after
making some calls: It is virtually impossible to duplicate a strip of
35mm on Kodachrome. The duplicating houses listed below use an Ektachrome
duplicating film. They can only duplicate existing mounted stereo pairs.
Atkinson-Stedco seems to be the better of the two, but I have yet to try
either myself (real soon, though). If anyone has experience with either
lab, or another lab, I would like to know about it.

Below is my original posting:

Here is some information about duplication of Realist format stereoviews:

-Atkinson-Stedco
This company duplicates mounted slides only. Dupes cost $1.00 each
(I did not ask about a quantity discount) with a 1-3 week turnaround. They
use Ektachrome duping film, which he claims is the only duping film
available today, except for the stuff that movie labs use.
A very nice gentleman, John answered all my questions patiently.
He has been in this business for 50 (!) years, and when I told him that I
got his phone number from the Reel 3-d catalog, he was pleased and asked
me for Reel 3-d's number to order a catalog for himself. Let's keep this
guy in business and give him ours!

Another nice guy...he seems to be working out of his house. He
uses the same film stock and provides unmounted dupes from your original.
Cost is $2.00 per slide for the first 3 slides, and then $1.50 for the
next 3 copies. His turnaround is 10 days to 4 weeks, the shorter time
being if you have a larger order. He does all his own processing.
