Realist 3D Frenzy!!!

Well, I just received my first 3D camera. A Realist! I had forgoten that they
used to make camera's to last (all metal construction, close tolerances, and
quite heavy also). Besides not having a lens cover (it was busted in shipping)
it all looks great. However, I now have the following questions:
1. Does anyone still make leather covers for the Realist?
2. Does anyone make lenses that give a closer view (6 inches to a foot)?
    I don't have to have this, was just wondering.
3. What type of filters or things can I attach to the lenses?
4. Where can I find accessories for the Realist? Anywhere?
I'm in a 3D frenzy at this point!!! Which is funny because I don't even have 
a viewer yet! I do have one catalog of 3D stuff, but I want more Realist
specific
stuff. Any ideas?
