We tend to use an image-setter (or photo-typesetter) these machines produce
very accurate barriers at low cost. We've also used an e-beam machine
which makes extremely accurate barriers at high cost.

Your local print shop should have an image-setter. Just pop in with the
postscript file on a disk.

We can (if anyone wants) produce these to order.
