For future reference we printed out the instructions on how to subscribe,
unsubscribe, go from mail to digest format etc. when we first went on line
with this BB.  I think this is
a simple, easy way to retain this information.  It's also easy to copy and
forward on to
other people who are interested in joining.

Perhaps a simple printout is the answer to everyone's problems in this
situation.
