3D-IMAX ??

Folks 

After we (me, my wife and two kids-ages 6 & 8) go to the NSA convention
in Rochester, we plan on visiting relatives near Minneapolis and more
relatives in Pierre, South Dakota.  We'll do some sight-seeing too
along the way.

Do any of you know the location of 3D-IMAX theaters along our way?  How
about Buffalo, Detroit, Chicago, Madison, Minneapolis, ? Nebraska, ?
Iowa, Indiana ??.

Seems that there's been some discussion about IMAX in Chicago, but at
the time I wasn't paying attention.  Sorry!

YET ANOTHER 3D-IMAX Question!!    A friend is going through Chattanooga
on his way to the Olympics SOON.  The literature he got from the
3D-IMAX in Chattanooga shows some people wearing what appears to be LCD
goggels and some wearing polarized glasses.  Does anyone know how the 3D system works there?
