URGENT: Value of Realist Custom

I'd appreciate some fast responses on the value of a Realist Custom in
excellent condition, with original box, manual, etc.  A local dealer wants
$1000 for it, which seems way out of line to me, but I really don't know
what's a fair price. If anyone can suggest a reasonable price for this, I'd
appreciate hearing from you.
