The attached is very interesting. I noticed in one of the postings here on
the Nishika bankruptcy that the Nimslo patents, etc. Had been assigned to an
organization with a name like Nimstech. And I thought, "Here is Jerry Nims
escaping from the wreckage of Nishika in possession of the only asset of
value. Where will he surface next?"
Now we know.
Betcha he got the customer list, too and all Nimslo/Nishika owners will be
getting solicitations. Anybody wanna form a pool on when the first ones arrive?
Of course I am speculating. Maybe someone in Georgia could could get the
names of the principals in Nimstech from the Dept. of Corporations (or
whatever they have in GA).
