CyberShades value

About six months ago I purchased the CyberShades LC shutter glasses
for $180.00 and complained on the photo-3d list because they do
not come with software for viewing your own images. It only comes
with games. In all fairness, Descent in 3-D on a Pentium or very
fast 486 is great. Now Chinon is closing out and discontinuing
the CyberShades, and at $59.95 they are a good deal, however you
may want to point your WWW browser to "http://www.vrex.com" and
check out the VR Surfer packages. These LC glasses are wireless
and are shipped with hardware that lets them work with 3-D video.
The $79.95 package deal includes the game Descent AND software
utilities that they claim will put stereoscopic images into
PowerPoint presentations. I haven't actually seen one of these
wonders, but if they can deliver on what the website offers then
it is a hell of a deal, IMHO.
