Sound like the Permamounts of which I recently purchased a box of a 100 (medium
distance versions) -- mine had the instructions missing, but those instructions
are in "The Realist Manual" book (albeit simple instructions, it doesn't seem
to have any adjustment range to speak of -- hopefully you have a later adjustable
version of mounts). I'm not too confident of the self stick adhesive either, I'd
be surprised if 10% worked, but 'we'll see'.

I haven't used mine yet, I've been using my (very few left) EDME mounts for those
which demanded to be in a glass mount (actually a hybrid -- albion metal mask on
the innards with EDME (EMDE?) glass and outer-retainer). But I *do* plan to use
them for "medium" needs from time to time. Seems like having closeups would be
handy too.
I don't know if disassembled mounts is something a collector would value more
than one assembled with a wonderful image within! :-)
