It's a viewer available from Technical Enterprices, Bonnie Doon, California.
These are the people who do the TECO Nimslo conversion.  I have a leaflet
somewhere with the price. I don't know is it's suitable for any other format
than the Nimslo 4 perf, but I can check. I'm one of these people who never
throws away *anything*.:-)
I called them a few times in the past and the're allways very helpfull.
