This is great stuff, thanks very much for sharing it. I've got a few
categories of questions for you and everyone else:

Will you be in Rochester with any of these?  I'd like to talk with anyone
who's been doing splicing or twin rigs with 35mm automatic cameras.

Did you have any problems with variations in lens focal length among the
pairs of cameras which were put together?

Have you thought about splicing two slide projectors together, maybe Kodak
Carousels or Ektagraphics with a stack loader?  There was a bit of
discussion on this in February (2/14 digest 1181, 2/15 digest 1182) but
nothing since.  I said that the diameter of the typical zoom lens barrel
might be a problem, but I've since seen that some fixed focal length lenses
are narrower (constant diameter from the section that fits into the
projector) and should be fine.
