Where, oh...where is Kasun (3D Magic)?

Anyone have a clue?  I posted this question a few months back,   sent Kasun
an e-mail message through a list member's website, and received no reply.

Also....any information about a similar "3D pci card/software/ LCD shutter
specs" product for the Macintosh would be very greatly appreciated.
