The most interesting and perhaps best example I have seen of rotoscoping was
in the film "Watership Down." It was a animated movie from the book of the
same title and was about a warren of rabbits and their conflicts. About 16
years ago? The humans, as they interacted, were done by rotoscope. Very
surreal. Good book, good movie, very violent. Rabbits killing and maiming
each other. Not small kid stuff.
