I *loved* Norm Lehfeldt's summary of advice for good stereo
presentations. It is equally good for any slide show. That
advice would make a good short article for the PSA Journal.
My favorite Line: "Above all,
avoid any more of that noodley, content-less "New Age"
music which has become a national pest."

One additional point: I have found many photographers are quite
sensitive to the rights to their work. Slides are often
copyrighted jealously. The same folks will put on a show
with no royalties paid to the copyright holders of the
music, and in most case no credits at all. I would
suggest that permission be obtained, or at least
requested. (Sometimes the copyright holder doesn't even answer
such requests, in which case I say "permission pending," for
what do I, a non-lawyer know about these things?) Still,
since music is suchj a big partr of presentations, we should
honor the creativity of musical artists, just as others
should respect the rights of photographers.

I think that the copyrights run out after 75 years, so those
old cylinder records can presumably be used with impunity.
Amm I right?
