VR Surfer

Hi folks!
I am one of the customers of the Vrex company still waiting for the VR
Surfer LCD glasses. I placed my order back in June. Then I was told that I
should wait around 6 weeks for delivery. Having read some negative reports
from a subscriber to this list about the glasses (bad flicker... unit being
still a prototype) I asked Vrex for some information... without a reply
from them.
Ray Hannisian seems sure about the promt solution to the VR Surfer's
problems but... ?Why does Vrex not bother to give any explanation to their
customers, even when they, expressly, ask for it?. At this moment, I'm
fairly dissapointed with this attitude that is spoiling what seemed to be
an innovative product, brilliantly launched.
