"Fantastic 3-D" from Starlog Press states that IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE and 
BLACK LAGOON originally were released in Polaroid but are now shown in 
anaglyph. This might be why so many of you remember seeing the movies in that
unsatisfactory format. AMAZING 3-D lists in the back of the book 3-D films 
done from 1922 to 1982. Most from 1922 to 1948 were anaglyphic or lenticular.

>From 1952 to 1959 only two were anaglyphic. From 1960 to 1982 three were 
anaglyphic, four were partial anaglyphic.
