Most diffuse reflectors more or less satisfy something called Lambert's
law. The essence of a Lambertian reflector is that the light bouncing off
at any forward angle is the same. Thus no problem, until the card has
used so long that it gets shiny.
Just don't expect it work for transparent objects.
