I usually wait to see if one of the more knowledgeable members of this
list, receiving it in non digest form and responding immediately, will
answer questions or correct what needs to be corrected. Since a digest
has passed since the above post appeared without any further
clarification, I have to be the nit picker on this one. :-)
Derek, I don't know if it was the prototype Contura you were referring
to, but the Contura Stereo Cameras DO have an f4 aperture setting. The
camera manual for the Contura does erroneously skip f4 in listing the
apertures, but the close up picture alongside the text clearly shows the
"4" on the lens barrel right where it belongs --- between the "2.7" and
"5.6" indicators.
