Re 3D CD Cover + 3Discover in UK ?

Hi everyone..

I was wondering if anyone has information of the availablity of the 
3Discover in the UK, or knows of a email/phone number of a USA 
contact that will accept visa payments and ship to the UK.

Also I seen references to a CD with a 3D lenticular cover.. can some 
one let me have the details of this (Artist/Album Name/Pulisher etc) 
so that I can see if its available in the UK.

PS. Alexa.. I've not forgotton about the lenticulars but with 
            changing jobs etc things have been very busy 
            of late.
