I am not sure if this is clear or not.... The problem is not naming a place
that could host the NSA convention but finding a specific site that has the
facilities (John Waldmith spelled the requirements and specifically said
that they are very few places that meet those... for example, Minneapolis
and St. Paul do not) and, most important, finding the people who are
willing to work hard to make this happen.

So, instead of naming places pershaps it's time to name the people who will
do the work.
