Well, this is really a question for Bob as it's East Texas State 
University's computer and so we are all indebted to ETSU and by 
rights ought to follow their policies.  But I will say we have no 
problem here with information; price and availability are 
information.  The thing to do is to ask yourself whether you're 
informing people or annoying them.  You do have to give an honest 
answer.  8-)  An infomercial would be very annoying.  Occasionally 
vendors have stepped over the line on this list but not very often 
so it hasn't been a problem . . . yet.  If we didn't allow P&A, 
we'd be doing our members a great disservice.  This doesn't mean 
put your P&A in once a week.  Just when the topic comes up or 
after a year or so if you think people seem to be displaying  
ignorance of the availability of your wares.
